Diese Aufgaben erwarten dich bei uns: Als Finance Business Partner im Werksleitungsteam erklärst und steuerst du das finanzielle Resultat des Produktionsstandortes Du arbeitest den rollierenden Forecast und das Werksbudgets in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Werksmanagement und dem Unternehmenscontrolling aus Du erstellst Abweichungs-, Produktivitäts- und Kostenanalysen und unterstützt bei Korrekturmaßnahmen sowie Optimierungsprozessen Du unterstützt die Fachbereiche bei betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen und der finanziellen Bewertung von Neuinvestitionen und Projekten Du wirkst in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Produktionseinheiten bei der Vereinheitlichung, Pflege und dem kontinuierlichen Abgleich der Arbeitspläne mit Du pflegst die finanziellen Stammdaten des Werkes Darüber hinaus unterstützt du regelmäßig bei übergreifenden Aufgaben und Projekten als Experte und ggf. Teil-/Projektleiter Du liebst salzige Snacks? Perfekt! Damit erfüllst du bereits ein wichtiges Kriterium. Daneben solltest du mitbringen: Ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit ausgeprägten Kenntnissen im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, insbesondere in der Kostenrechnung Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Produktionsumfeld, idealerweise in der FMCG-Branche Hervorragende Analyse- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie eine selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office Anwendungen (insbesondere Excel) sowie gute Kenntnisse im SAP R/3 Modul CO & FI Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und gute Englischkenntnisse Worauf du dich freuen darfst: Attraktive tarifgebundene Vergütung inklusive 13.
